Abstract

This is The Geometric Flow of Tensility paper of the Abebe Tensility Framework. It introduces four fundamental Planck-scale axioms and a Decoherence Action Principle, deriving the exact golden-ratio electroweak limit (Φ_EW = (1 + √5)/2), the dynamical Abebe Flow Equation, and Planck-scale closure at Φ_Pl = 4.000 from first principles.
