Within each cohort folder, there is a config file (“cohort name”_config.txt). To load the data, make sure to adjust to your system. A specific recording can be loaded using:neuropyx.load_mouse(mouse, config_file)where “mouse” is the mouse/recording name (string following flag “MOUSE:” in the config file) and “config_file” is the file name of the config file.
