Abstract
Retail companies in the United States depend on international apparel manufacturing networks for product availability and inventory continuity. Production interruptions, shipping delays, and supplier instability often affect distribution performance. This research examines supply chain resilience within global apparel manufacturing systems that support U.S. retail markets. The study evaluates supplier diversification, logistics coordination, and production allocation strategies used in international garment sourcing. Data analysis highlights operational factors linked with consistent delivery performance and reduced supply disruption. The findings provide a structured framework for managing distributed manufacturing networks while maintaining a reliable retail supply.
