Abstract

A near-zero-pull Newton constant from non-gravitational source rails. Version: 7.03 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20057430 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 The structural theorem is unchanged: \[ G_A=\frac{\ell_A^2c^3}{\hbar} =\frac{\hbar c^5}{E_\ast^2}. \] This is not a claim that the SI value of \(G\) is produced from pure numbers alone. The paper's source-side claim is that once the Artian ruler \(\ell_A\), tick, UEL action scale, angular capacity, and endurance endpoint are admitted, Newton's gravitational coupling is not an independent primitive. The most compact numerical landing in the current six-face ledger is the resolved photon-edge / Fermi scalar-lock face: \[ \boxed{ G_A^{(\gamma H)} =6.674301412455412\times10^{-11}\ {\rm SI}, \qquad \frac{G_A^{(\gamma H)}-G_{\rm CODATA}}{\sigma_G} =+0.009416\sigma. } \] Equivalently, the residual is only \[ \boxed{ \frac{G_A^{(\gamma H)}-G_{\rm CODATA}}{G_{\rm CODATA}} =+0.211626\ {\rm ppm}. } \] The Higgs/Fermi and resolved photon-edge scalar-lock rows coincide internally to \[ \boxed{ \left|G_A^{(H\to{\rm lab})}-G_A^{(\gamma H)}\right| =2.326\times10^{-25}\ {\rm m^3\,kg^{-1}\,s^{-2}}. } \] The six-face ledger still reads one endpoint through distinct sectors: \[ \boxed{ \begin{gathered} G_A^{({\rm end})} =\frac{\ell_A^2c^3}{\hbar} =\frac{\hbar c^5}{E_\ast^2},\\ m_0E_\ast=(2\pi)^5v_Q^2 \Rightarrow G_A^{(\nu)} =\hbar c^5\left[\frac{m_0}{(2\pi)^5v_Q^2}\right]^2,\\ U_{\rm cap}^{(1)}=\frac{\alpha_{\rm QTT}}2E_\ast \Rightarrow G_A^{({\rm EM})} =\frac{\alpha_{\rm QTT}^{2}\hbar c^5}{4(U_{\rm cap}^{(1)})^2},\\ v_{G_F}=\sqrt2\,\mathcal R_H^{\rm EW}q_HE_\ast \Rightarrow G_A^{(H\to{\rm lab})} =2\sqrt2(\mathcal R_H^{\rm EW}q_H)^2G_F \frac{\hbar c^5}{(1\,{\rm GeV})^2},\\ m_tc^2=q_HR_tE_\ast \Rightarrow G_A^{(t)} =\hbar c^5\left(\frac{q_HR_t}{m_tc^2}\right)^2,\\ \alpha_{\rm QTT}^{-1} =4\pi\left(8+\frac{\rho}{2}+\lambda_\gamma\right) \Rightarrow G_A^{(\gamma H)} =8\sqrt2\,G_F\frac{\hbar c^5}{(1\,{\rm GeV})^2} \exp\!\left[ -8\pi^2-\frac{1}{4\rho^2} -\frac{\sqrt{6+\rho^{-2}}} {16\pi\rho^2(8+\rho/2+\lambda_\gamma)} \right]. \end{gathered} } \] The current external-branch audit is: \[ \begin{array}{c|c|c} {\rm row} & {\rm residual} & {\rm pull}\\ \hline G_F{\rm\ cluster} & +0.211626\ {\rm ppm\ in}\ G & +0.009416\sigma\\ {\rm top\ unit} & -24.150215\ {\rm ppm\ in}\ G & -1.074572\sigma\\ \nu{\rm\ pre\text{-}JUNO} & +1.771521\%\ {\rm in}\ \ell_A & +1.372392\sigma\\ \nu{\rm\ JUNO\ reactor} & +1.839436\%\ {\rm in}\ \ell_A & +2.257765\sigma \end{array} \] Version 7.03 does not retune the neutrino source row: \[ \boxed{ \Delta m_{21}^{2,{\rm QTT}} =7.231516396661\times10^{-5}\ {\rm eV}^2. } \] It refreshes the comparator ledger after the first JUNO reactor result. The dated pre-JUNO global-fit row remains printed: \[ \Delta m_{21}^{2,{\rm pre\text{-}JUNO}} =7.49(19)\times10^{-5}\ {\rm eV}^2, \qquad z_\ell=+1.372392\sigma. \] The new JUNO reactor comparator is added: \[ \Delta m_{21}^{2,{\rm JUNO\ reactor}} =7.50(12)\times10^{-5}\ {\rm eV}^2, \qquad z_{\Delta m^2}=+2.237363\sigma, \qquad z_\ell=+2.257765\sigma. \] The channel guardrail is now explicit: \[ \boxed{ \delta_{\rm JUNO} \left(m_0^{\rm QTT},\rho,\Delta m_{21}^{2,{\rm QTT}}\right)=0. } \] The first JUNO number is a reactor-channel comparator. The decisive stress test is the resolved JUNO solar/joint channel: a sub-percent joint value near \(7.50\times10^{-5}{\rm eV}^2\) would cross the printed kill condition, while a resolved movement toward the frozen QTT source row would collapse the reactor-channel strain. The Keystone rank statement remains: \[ \boxed{ {\rm rank}_{\rm anchors}=3+1: \{G_F{\rm\ cluster}\},\ \{m_t\},\ \{\Delta m_{21}^2\} +\{G_N{\rm\ calibration}\}. } \] The six faces are not six statistically independent measurements of \(G\). They are six source-provenance readings of one endpoint with declared anchor structure.
