Abstract

Simulation for Incident Response and Emergency Navigation (SIREN). A framework that generates synthetic medical incidents and simulates corresponding emergency medical service (EMS) responses. It is our intention that SIREN is useful to use as a benchmark for optimization, forecasting, and other EMS-related problems.
