The Bath of Chance: Immiscible Persistence and the Cost of Time in Cosmology
Abstract
This origin-layer bridge artifact in the cosmology lane of the Structural Flow library examines whether all persistent structure is structurally required to participate in time, integrate into a single historical ledger, and converge into a unified explanatory phase. Working from a minimal structural grammar in which time attachment is local, conditional, and paid rather than globally mandatory, the paper argues that non-integration is admissible, plurality of failure modes is unsurprising, and gravitational persistence need not automatically imply informational participation or shared historical completion. Within that frame, the artifact explores whether dark matter may be read provisionally as persistent pre-time geometry and whether light functions as an unavoidable structural probe of immiscible persistence. This artifact is preserved as a live origin-layer bridge rather than presented as the final canonical formulation of every dark-matter-facing claim it touches. Later work in the library sharpens adjacent burdens differently, especially gravity as substrate-tier organizer and dark matter as a failure-regime classification problem.
