LabVIEW Control Program for Confinement Force Microscopy (CFM)

This repository contains a custom LabVIEW program for operating the Confinement Force Microscopy (CFM) system. The software controls sensor positioning and piezo movement to precisely adjust the vertical distance between the two polyacrylamide (PAA) gels, thereby setting the desired level of mechanical confinement. This enables controlled compression of cells while maintaining stable and reproducible positioning of the confining elements during experiments. The program is used to regulate confinement in CFM measurements and forms part of the experimental workflow for applying defined vertical compression.
