HγC VII: Cosmology of the Relational Accumulation Field: Saturation Dynamics and Cosmic Acceleration
Abstract
We present a minimal cosmological extension of relational accumulation gravity in which the large-scale expansion of the Universe is described in terms of a coarse-grained relational accumulation field. In this framework, gravitational phenomena are treated as emergent consequences of accumulated relational informational traces associated with baryonic interactions, rather than as direct evidence for an independent dark sector. We decompose the accumulation field into a cosmic mean component and spatial fluctuations, A(x, t) = Ā(t) + δA(x, t), and consider a minimal background model in which the mean accumulation fraction grows and gradually approaches saturation. As the accumulation sector nears saturation, the effective baryonic decelerating contribution to the cosmic expansion is progressively reduced. We also introduce a minimal phenomenological equation for inhomogeneous accumulation fluctuations, providing a first step toward connecting the cosmological background sector with structure formation. The present work is intended as a proof of principle. It shows that accumulation saturation provides a coherent late-time cosmological mechanism within the broader relational accumulation framework and motivates further study of observational constraints, relativistic extensions, and the microscopic relational dynamics underlying the accumulation field.
