Abstract

The PEW framework predicts that all stable physical structures occupy discrete levels of a harmonic table defined by the single formula λₙ = lₚ·(1/αₑₘ)ⁿ, n = 7…29, where lₚ is the Planck length and αₑₘ = 1/137.036 is the fine-structure constant. A central clarification: λₙ is the scale of the PEW vortex, not the physical size of the material object. Five principal results: (1) Four topological holes at n = 15, 16, 17, 23 [B] — levels (1.8 mm, 25 cm, 34 m, ~10³ AU) with no known stable physical structure, coinciding with the entire animal kingdom size range. (2) Notable agreements [B]: n = 8 (Z boson: nZ = 8.015, i.e. 0.2% above n=8 in level spacing; 7% in reduced Compton wavelength), n = 21 (Sgr A Schwarzschild radius,
