Abstract

Essential datasets to conduct analyses for outputs in our "Widespread peat carbon losses driven by the 2025 Scottish megafire" paper. This contains: (i) Field-collected peat burn depth records (ii) Fire perimeter shapefile (iii) UKCEH landcover types cropped to the fire perimeter (iv) Aboveground carbon emissions for gridcells within the fire perimeter
