Abstract

This document makes explicit six structural links between previously published components of the COS45 framework: S1 (decision law), D2 (threshold calibration), and D3 (falsifiability protocol). No new hypotheses are introduced. No extended proofs are provided. The objective is to clarify internal consistency and strengthen reproducibility by formalizing relations that were previously implicit. The links establish: (i) an upper bound for the null regime via permutation, (ii) asymptotic lag consistency of the normalized observable, (iii) a relation between critical band width and empirical crossing rate, (iv) scale invariance, (v) a rank consistency constraint, and (vi) convergence to the indistinguishability boundary under noise-dominant regimes. This addendum consolidates the structural coherence of COS45 without extending its theoretical scope.
