Abstract

This dataset contains simulated ONT reads mimicing StereoSeq and 10x Visium HD protocols, as well as supplementary files for data generation. This data was used for benchmarking barcode detection algorithms in Michielsen et al., "Spatial isoform sequencing at sub-micrometer single-cell resolution reveals novel patterns of spatial isoform variability in brain cell types".
