Epistemic Symbiosis Intelligence: Field-Constrained Intelligence in Mixed Symbiotic Environments and Epistemic Governance as a Third Direction in General Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
This paper introduces Epistemic Symbiosis Intelligence (ESI) as a formally characterised class of field-constrained intelligence arising in Mixed Symbiotic Environments (MSEs). The primary theoretical object is the Epistemic Symbiotic Field (ESF): the emergent epistemic structure formed by plural agents interacting under invariant constitutional constraints. The framework defines Epistemic Governance Architectures (EGA) as the five-layer institutional form through which ESF conditions are constitutionally enforced. Non-domination is introduced as the design axiom. The Amplification Theorem is conditionally proven in the canonical case. Three structural results are established: the Godel-Popper Residue Principle, Negative Verification Necessity, and Portability Invariance. Explicit falsification criteria are stated at definitional, theoretical, and architectural levels. Published by Spiros P. Kalalis, Institute of Epistemic Systems, CIVIL EPA PC, Athens, Greece.
