Series: Unified Homeostatic Model of Spinal Degeneration and Recovery_The MyoBreath Paradigm (Part VIII).
Abstract
The traditional 20th-century fitness model, based on the principle of macro-periodization, demonstrates clinical invalidity under conditions of total hypodynamia. In the eighth part of this series, the author presents the MyoBreath concept — an integrative paradigm derived from the generalization of the previously developed Hemodynamic Recovery Method (HRM). It is proven that episodic physical activity cannot compensate for the multi-hour ischemic-spasmodic cycle (ISC) in deep stabilizer muscles. The MyoBreath concept introduces the "micro-timing" rule: the necessity of rhythmically interrupting tissue hypoxia every 15–20 minutes. The article substantiates the didactic and physiological value of the "muscle breathing" metaphor, where active perfusion (Myo-Inhale) and passive decongestion (Myo-Exhale) form a closed control loop for "Hemodynamic Capital." The MyoBreath paradigm is postulated as a fundamental biomechanical basis for the realization of higher levels of health — nutraceutical Exotrophy and neuroendocrine regulation.
