BU29 Minimal Symbols and Bridge Chain under Single-Universe Boundary Consistency
Abstract
Abstract This paper presents a minimal technical skeleton for the B_U framework under single-universe boundary consistency. Its aim is not to expand the full theory, but to isolate the smallest reusable layer of symbols, admissibility conditions, and bridge relations needed for later technical work. The core objects are the total admissible domain U, the single-universe boundary condition B_U, the unique fixed boundary B_0, the dynamically complete interface D(M), the admissible path-space P(B_0), and the associated update, cost, and settlement operators. Together they define the minimal standing conditions under which a lawful structure can be generated, retained, and written back into one reality-accounting surface. The paper then compresses these objects into a bridge chain: dynamic completeness fixes the unique boundary; boundary consistency determines admissible paths; admissible paths support lawful updates; update-cost coupling and residual stratification govern retention; and the resulting interface feeds into readout, recognition, indexing, creation, feedback, and settlement. In this way, the note provides a compact operational grammar rather than a discursive interpretation. It also places the broader Total Reality Operator System as a downstream assembly chain rather than an independent starting point. The result is a minimal formal scaffold: one boundary, one admissible path discipline, one update-cost bridge, one residual gate, and one settlement chain. That scaffold is proposed as the technical base layer for the wider B_U file cluster.
