Abstract

This is the Berkeley Madonna code for a PBK model simulating ADME of flutamide and its gastrointestinal metabolite flu-6. Developed and used to predict flu-6 toxicity in Stevanoska et al. 2026, Bidirectional interactions between the gut microbiota and fluorochemical biotransformation and bioactivity.
