Abstract

v6.0.6 formal companion (JHEP / hep-th track) of the ECI framework. We propose a differential upper bound on the rate of generalised entropy along the modular (Connes–Tomita–Takesaki) flow of a type-II crossed-product observer algebra, extending the Eling–Guedens–Jacobson local Clausius schema to the Chandrasekaran–Longo–Penington–Witten / De Vuyst–Eccles–Held–Kirklin setting: dS_gen/dτ_R ≤ κ_R · C_k[ρ_R(τ)] · Θ(PH_k[δn]). We establish a tightened logistic envelope in the scrambling regime (Prop. 1) with C_k^max ~ exp(S_R), dovetailing with Fan (2022) logarithmic Krylov saturation. A dequantisation map δn(x,τ_R) = Tr_R[ρ_R(τ_R) n̂(x)] − ⟨n⟩ bridges the type-II factor to classical persistent homology. The main bound recovers Wall monotonicity and the Faulkner–Speranza modular form in the Θ→1 limit. Three postulates (M1: modular-complexity ansatz, M2: semiclassical LLN/CLT recovery, M3: chameleon activator profile) are labelled explicitly. No cosmological claim. 7 pages. Uses Berkouk–Ginot (2018) derived isometry for PH_k covariance; Kashiwara–Schapira–Guillermou (2012) microlocal sheaves. Auxiliary: 18/18 pre-write rigour gates PASS, 4 companion numerical scripts (dequantisation map, submultiplicativity Lemma 1, JT consistency, CLT convergence N∈{12,16,20}).
