Abstract

This report documents the first institutional operational peer validation of the Transitive Analysis of Accumulated Human Experience, conducted on November 29, 2025, at the Instituto Universitario de Tecnología "Dr. Cristóbal Mendoza" (IUTCM), El Vigía, Mérida, Venezuela. Four academic faculty members independently executed the method's conceptual protocol on their personal devices and confirmed its operational coherence, reproducibility, and capacity to generate consistent results across independent systems. This validation is explicitly distinguished from epistemological peer review of the method's foundational claims: it constitutes operational peer review — independent academic verification that the method functions as described by its author. The institutional record is documented in a signed and officially sealed act by the Head of the Department of Evaluation and Academic Control of IUTCM.
