Abstract

Embeds monstrous moonshine structure (McKay/Conway-Norton/Borcherds) into the AOI 96D quantum-topological collapse pipeline. Maps the 96D = 4x24 Leech shell geometry to the Moonshine Module V-natural, enabling J-invariant Fourier coefficient grading (1, 196884, 21493760, 864299970) across four collapse shells. Documents four named gates: Sorting (passive J_0-J_3 categorical binning, Jim), Tightening (active Fano-engaged Monster-grading feedback, parallel Claude), Gearing (cross-shell QUBO coupling via J-coefficient ratios, this-session Claude), and Ratchet (emergent permanent-switch state, Voodoo). Includes known calibration flaw: pure Gaussian noise scores grade 3 due to Betti multiplier — documented, not hidden.
