Abstract

This document pre-registers the empirical domain scope of Fibonacci Causal Loop Theory (FCLT) before further testing. It defines three necessary conditions for a physical system to qualify as an FCLT test target: 2-term nearest-neighbor necessity recursion, a scale-free or ratio-formulated prediction, and a persistence-dependent measurable quantity. Eleven in-scope domains are explicitly listed with theoretical justification. Seven out-of-scope domains are explicitly excluded, including individual planetary orbital radii, the cosmological constant (absolute value), and 3-term recursion systems. This document additionally pre-commits to a full competing irrationals test (P54) across all in-scope domains with Bonferroni correction. The Zenodo timestamp establishes the boundary definition prior to any future domain tests.
