High‑Strength Concrete with CMB Adicrete B2 at Low Water‑Cement Ratio
Abstract
This experimental research paper documents the performance of a 150 × 150 × 150 mm concrete cube prepared with CMB Adicrete B2 at a very low water-cement ratio of 0.20. The specimen was cast on 09 December 2025, water-cured at controlled temperature, and tested at 18 days. The cube achieved a compressive strength of approximately 67.16 MPa, reported as about 67–68 MPa, with the machine reading interpreted as approximately 1511 kN. The study also reports a Schmidt hammer value of approximately 64, prediction accuracy of 98.1%, and an NDT error of about 5% relative to destructive testing. Supporting evidence includes machine-display imagery, fracture photographs, and specimen documentation. The paper highlights the effect of strict water control, admixture-assisted performance, and specimen traceability on early-age high-strength concrete evaluation.
