Abstract

Code and analysis scripts used for the manuscript “A data-driven framework reconstructs the molecular continuum of human MASLD progression”, published in NATURE METABOLISM (Kamzolas et al, 2026). This release corresponds to version v1.0 of the GitHub repository and includes all scripts required to reproduce the analyses and figures presented in the study.
