Abstract

This paper presents a precision metrology framework for experimentally testing whether highly coherent asymmetric resonant electromagnetic systems may exhibit measurable stress-redistribution signatures under carefully controlled nonequilibrium conditions. Emphasizing falsifiability, environmental isolation, artifact discrimination, blind analysis, calibration procedures, and conservation closure, the work develops structured protocols for investigating transient recoil behavior, delayed relaxation dynamics, and cavity-dependent stress organization without assuming reactionless propulsion or violations of known physics. The paper argues that even robust null outcomes would provide valuable scientific constraints on speculative nonequilibrium electrodynamic response models while establishing a reproducible experimental foundation for future high-sensitivity resonant cavity investigations.
