Yildiz-Lab/FIONAviewer_r2024: v1.0.1
Abstract
FIONAviewer: SIC Step Finding and Editing GUI FIONAviewer is a graphical user interface (GUI) for SIC-based step finding and step editing, developed and used in the Yildiz Lab for single-molecule trajectory analysis. Overview This tool enables interactive identification, visualization, and refinement of step transitions in trajectory data, supporting high-precision analysis workflows commonly used in motor protein and single-molecule studies. Key Features SIC-based step finding Detect steps using statistical inference criteria (SIC). Interactive step editing Manually refine, add, or remove detected steps within a user-friendly GUI. Trajectory visualization Inspect time traces and fitted steps in an integrated environment. Development Primary developer: Vladislav Belyy Adaptation and extensions: Joseph Slivka Software Requirements MATLAB: Compatible with R2021 – R2024 Usage Context This software is used within the Yildiz Lab for step detection and analysis in single-molecule experiments.
