GERSL/TAC-HSM: Code for "Physiological fidelity of a satellite-derived forest resilience indicator in the Amazon" (v1.0)

This repository provides the code used to generate all analyses and figures in the study: "Physiological fidelity of a satellite-derived forest resilience indicator in the Amazon." The workflow quantifies forest resilience using satellite-derived temporal autocorrelation (TAC) of 30-m Landsat vegetation indices and links it to field-based hydraulic safety margin (HSM) measurements. By integrating remote sensing time series with ecophysiological observations, the analysis evaluates the mechanistic basis of TAC as an early-warning indicator of forest decline.
