Abstract

Euclid's Smoking Gun? We present TIP-EFT, a phenomenological Effective Field Theory where a tower of massive scalar modes creates localized bumps in the weak lensing power spectrum P_κ(k) at scales k ~ m_n. Key prediction: ΛCDM predicts smooth lensing. TIP-EFT predicts speed bumps. Euclid, Rubin LSST, and Roman can confirm or kill this by 2028. This is NOT derived from E8, string theory, or quantum gravity. Parameters A_n, m_n are free and must be fitted to data. No UV completion claimed. If no statistically significant bumps are seen, the model is falsified. If they are seen, ΛCDM needs an update. This framework gives the community a clean, falsifiable target for beyond-ΛCDM physics.
