Abstract

This is an updated calibration (v1.1) of the TIP-EFT framework. Hamza Scale fixed at m₁ = 0.007 h/Mpc. Fiducial amplitude refined to A₁ = 0.002 (0.2% fractional power). Harmonic amplitudes follow Aₙ = A₁/n². This adjustment ensures consistency with BOSS DR16 and Planck 2018 constraints while remaining within Euclid DR1 detection threshold. Conservative phenomenological baseline for the October 21, 2026 falsification test. Falsified if residual at k ≈ 0.007 h/Mpc is less than 0.0004
