Paper 2 - Dynamical Selection of the SM-Island under Cosmological φ-Flow

Paper 2 of the Abebe Carrier Framework under Master Map II. Demonstrates that the Standard Model configuration identified in Paper 1 is the unique late-time attractor under cosmological φ-flow. Constructs a strict Lyapunov functional, establishes monotonicity, and proves the Attractor Theorem: all non-SM configurations are dynamically suppressed or driven to decoupling.
