Abstract

Holographic Ledger v3 defines a structural framework for analysing how information becomes physically consequential through persistence, redundancy, and energetic commitment. It integrates three empirical programmes:- IRIS-511 (experimental test)- GRID-SKY (observational extension)- NEURO-PERSIST (clinical translation) The framework does not claim identity across domains. It proposes a falsifiable structural comparison: if information commitment carries measurable consequences, these should be detectable, bounded, or ruled out. No experimental data are reported.
