Abstract

bauer is a PyMC-based Python library for fitting hierarchical Bayesiancognitive models to behavioural decision-making data. It covers magnitudecomparison, psychometric functions, and risky choice tasks, and is designedfor cognitive models that are ill-posed at the per-participant level.
