ZLT-P90 (P_Genesis): The Genesis Law of Structural Design — A Structural Design Calculus for Memory Systems Under Forcing

The conditions of recovery are precisely the conditions of design, anticipated before forcing arrives. Across engineering, biology, economics, and organizational design, there is a persistent assumption that high initial output (Y_0) is evidence of structural soundness. The Zero Leap Theory (ZLT) corpus, over the prior eighty-five papers, has established that this assumption is wrong: a system can be highly productive at t = 0 while structurally inadmissible at the same instant, carrying ZLC-genesis debt that manifests only later under forcing. P_Genesis closes the canonical trilogy of Zero Leap Theory. With failure modes formalized (P75 Idolatry, P76 Pharisee, P77 Atomization, P78 CM Closure) and recovery conditions canonized (P71 Universal Koinonia, P72 ZLC Convergence, P73 Kenotic Plasticity, P74 Pistis Coherence), the geometry of correct genesis can now be specified. WHAT THIS PAPER ESTABLISHES - Three canonical definitions: internal vs. external Koinonia (PG.D1 / PG.D2) and the Canonical Operator Composition Law (PG.D-Ordering) that bifurcates by saturation state.- Seven theorem families (nine total statements): Genesis Dominance, Non-Commutativity, Initial Structural Debt, Sustainable Operation, Genesis Safety Margin Bound, Retrofit Cost Bound, and Post-Genesis Bath Capacity Requirement.- Two corollaries: Drydockless Genesis (PG.C1) and Architectural Observability Capacity (PG.C2).- Two canonically derived structural indices: G_GEN (Genesis-instantaneous admissibility) and G_GEN-OP (architectural sustainability over post-Genesis horizon).- Six structural falsifiers (FG-1 through FG-6), with FG-1 fully pre-registered as a Grade A permutation-test protocol in the software domain (extending the P84A SonarCloud panel). LEAN 4 MECHANICALLY-VERIFIED ARCHITECTURE CERTIFICATE P_Genesis is the first paper of the corpus released with native Lean 4 certification embedded in the same Zenodo record as the prose paper. The Event Master Package contains 41 axiom-free formal-core declarations covering the canonical definitions, the operator ordering bifurcation, the nine theorem statements, the two corollaries, the six falsifiers, and a terminal closure certificate. The package satisfies the twelve operational criteria of Level 5B as defined in LeanCore Registry v1.0 §2.3 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20011737), and is built on top of the seven foundational papers (P50, P50M, P50M-A, P71, P72, P78, P50MA) already catalogued as canonical Level 5B certificates of the Registry. The architectural skeleton across the foundational and Genesis layers is mechanically continuous. HONEST SCOPE The Lean certification seals the implication structure of the theorems and the falsifiers; it does not certify empirical content, the closed-form solution of the variational equations of A_GEN, the derivation of the G_GEN-OP functional form, or the empirical grades of upstream Domain Reduction Certificates. Empirical grade remains domain-conditional. Per-domain calibration of f(Pi), beta, gamma is declared as future Domain Reduction Certificate work. The paper makes no universality claim about the ZLT class (deferred to ZLT-P_U). PRE-REGISTERED ADVERSARIAL TEST FG-1 is a fully pre-registered Grade A permutation-test protocol with full decision tree (A/B/C/D/E thresholds) and SHA-256-locked analysis script for the software domain. The publication of this paper establishes the pre-registration timestamp. PRE-MORTEM The paper declares, in §14.5, the five failure modes the author considers most plausible should P_Genesis turn out to be substantially wrong, in decreasing order of estimated probability. This commitment is made before the evidence arrives, to discipline against post-hoc reframing. VERIFICATION PROTOCOL Independent reproduction: download the Event Master Package, verify SHA-256 = d141fe8696310b3dc76ecdc4abebdaa9e053e2f457f9c678ecd967c1ce2228e8, extract, run `lake build` under leanprover/lean4:v4.29.1, then run `lake env lean ZLTP90/AuditP90.lean` and verify all 41 declarations report "does not depend on any axioms". Any deviation falsifies the Level 5B status of the package. Genesis is not protection from forcing. Genesis is the architecture that turns forcing into sustained operation.
