The Lutar Omega Formalism (v4): An Energy–Mass–Information Coupling with EPR–Bell Diagnostics and Geometric Coherence Invariants

Paper v4 of The Ouroboros Thesis. Presents the Lutar Omega Formalism (seven hierarchical signatures from Einstein baseline through Noether closure), the EPR-Bell Validator (CHSH diagnostics with verified Tsirelson bound), and the Sacred Geometry Coherence Engine (phi-harmonic analysis).
