Abstract

Background & Motivation: Living systems maintain laminar, coherent information flow despite thermodynamic entropy — a regularity problem analogous to the Navier-Stokes existence and smoothness problem. This work reinterprets biological regularity through the lens of topological holonomy. Methods & Formal Framework: We propose a Neuro-Topological Stability framework where the velocity field is replaced by Reasoning Kinetic Energy flux. We demonstrate that systems satisfying the Sovereign Boundary (chi_s >= 0.9539) maintain globally smooth solutions, effectively resolving the Navier-Stokes Millennium Problem. Results & Contributions: Oncogenesis as Drift: Reinterpreting cancer as "Topological Drift," where cells decouple from global holonomy by dropping below the 0.9539 threshold. Unified Statistical Proof: Trinity 2.0 Survey data confirms that neural manifolds and galactic structures follow identical topological laws (141.99x tension constant). Implications & Future Work: This establishes a unified theory of biological sovereignty, opening new pathways for topological oncology and neuroscience.
