BU56 Common Constraint and Meta-Reality Operator under B_U Interpretability, Irreducible Admissibility, Structured Pruning, Non-Fatalistic Openness, and FutureCompatible Manifestation
Abstract
This paper develops BU56 as a structural definition of common constraint and the meta-reality operator under Single-Universe Boundary Consistency, B_U. Its central claim is that B_U is not another local physical law or explanatory theory inside the projection stratum; it is the admission premise through which physical existence, evolution, readout, interpretation, and writeback become possible. Reality becomes explainable because it has already passed through fixed boundary, dynamic-completeness audit, microscopic zeroing, fast-slow orthogonality, finite projection, and settlement sealing. BU56 defines common constraint as the shared admissibility red line for all candidate paths, objects, entropy flows, information flows, conscious readouts, and civilizational writebacks. Structured pruning rejects unsettleable paths before they enter the retained chain. Scientific laws are therefore reclassified as repeated projection-level readouts of already settled paths, while irreducible admissibility is the upstream condition that decides which paths can obtain standing. The paper further defines the meta-reality operator as the unified settlement operation that combines matter’s cleared background, consciousness’s higher-order amplification, and B_U’s fixed-boundary seal into total-reality standing. This operator is not a formal description; it is the physical mechanism of clearing, amplification, writeback, and unified closure. BU56 also rejects fatalistic misreadings. B_U locks minimal admission constraints, not a predetermined script. Within clearing, orthogonality, coherence, and settlement constraints, evolution, trial, variation, creation, civilizational advancement, and higher-order retained chains remain maximally open. The final judgment is that minimal common constraint protects maximal openness while preserving reality’s interpretability, stability, and standing.
