Abstract

Three numbers, one substrate ledger Version: 3.1 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20042421 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 This paper puts three QTT number-locks on one page: one in neutrino oscillations, one in the baryon density, and one in the early/late Hubble branch ratio. The point is not that the three sectors share a fitted number. They use different laboratory observables, but read the same A1--A7 substrate ledger. The neutrino lock is the cleanest value-level equation: \[ R_\nu = {\Delta m_{31}^2\over\Delta m_{21}^2} = 4\pi^2\cos^2{\pi\over8} = 33.69694\ldots. \] In the paper this is compared with NuFIT as a parameter-free ratio prediction. The baryon lock is written in the branch-covariant form \[ 18\,\Omega_b\,(H T_0)^2=1, \] or, in the usual physical-density form, \[ \omega_b^{\mathrm{QTT}} = \left[18\left(100\,\mathrm{km\,s^{-1}\,Mpc^{-1}}\,T_0\right)^2\right]^{-1} = 0.022397 \] for the framework prior \(T_0=15.4\,\mathrm{Gyr}\). The paper treats this as conditional on the QTT absolute-background-clock prior, not as an unconstrained cosmological fit. The Hubble branch lock is the half-angle projection in ratio form: \[ {H_{\mathrm{late}}\over H_{\mathrm{early}}} = \sec{\pi\over8} = 1.0824\ldots. \] Equivalently, \[ F_{\mathrm{late}}N_{\mathrm{late}} = \cos{\pi\over8}\,F_{\mathrm{early}}N_{\mathrm{early}}. \] With an early anchor near \(67.4\,\mathrm{km\,s^{-1}\,Mpc^{-1}}\), the ratio points to a late value near \(72.95\,\mathrm{km\,s^{-1}\,Mpc^{-1}}\). The same clock geometry gives the paper's age bridge. The bare tilt gives \[ t_0^{(bg)}=\cos{\pi\over8}\,T_0, \] and the tilt-plus-drift reading is \[ t_0^{(lab)}=\cos\left({\pi\over8}+\delta_{\mathrm{eff}}\right)T_0, \qquad \delta_{\mathrm{eff}}\approx3.87^\circ. \] Status discipline used in the paper: neutrino ratio: value-level QTT derivation; baryon density: parameter-free after the declared \(T_0=15.4\,\mathrm{Gyr}\) framework prior; Hubble branch ratio: parameter-free after the A3/A7 branch-saturation principle; falsifiers: future neutrino-ratio movement, branch-covariant baryon-law failure, or anchor pairs failing the \(\sec(\pi/8)\) branch ratio.
