Abstract

The cosmological settlement of the N.E.A. (Network Emergent Architecture) framework. Building on the six preceding volumes, we prove that the major pillars of observational cosmology are not evidence of an expanding universe but direct consequences of a finite-bandwidth causal graph operating under a near-25-bit logical addressing constraint. The cosmic horizon is the bandwidth bankruptcy boundary at which the C8 tiling scaffold fractures. The CMB temperature is independently derived as T = 2.7287 K (deviation 0.117% from the observed 2.7255 K). The CMB power spectrum primary peak is derived as l = 220.43 (deviation 0.078%). The CMB spectral distribution spontaneously forms a blackbody spectrum. The Hubble redshift is reinterpreted as cumulative photon propagation rent; supernova time dilation as settlement delay. Dark energy emerges as unredeemed stitching surplus. The logical step count is rigorously settled; the absolute physical scale is honestly presented as a phenomenological scaling ansatz (heuristic strong evidence). No cosmological parameters are used as input. All auxiliary hypotheses of standard cosmology—inflation, dark matter, dark energy, the Big Bang singularity—are rendered unnecessary. Known challenges (BAO, Type Ia supernova Hubble diagrams, primordial light element abundances, Tolman surface brightness) are explicitly identified.
