Abstract

Open-source heat-production calculation software for the Porcine-CaMo dataset. This release provides the public software snapshot used for the Scientific Data submission. The repository contains the stand-alone calorimetry implementation used to convert raw gas-exchange measurements into 5-minute heat-production records using the Brouwer-equation workflow.
