Abstract

We carry out the canonical (geometric) quantisation of the density-feedback Faddeev–Niemi Hopfion condensate, resolving Conjecture 1 of Paper IX. The k-essence parent Lagrangian of Paper I determines a symplectic form Ω on the field configuration space. The Derrick scale instability – which caused numerical difficulties in Papers VIII–IX – is not a defect of the condensate but a structural feature: it is precisely the kernel of Ω, corresponding to the single negative-Hessian direction of the condensate energy. Quotienting by Derrick dilations in the sense of Dirac constraint quantisation yields a reduced configuration space CQred on which the symplectic form is non-degenerate. The main theorem proves that the geometric quantisation of (CQred, Ω) produces the Hilbert space ℋ = L2(CQred, dμ), where dμ is the Liouville measure. The prequantum line bundle exists because the Hopf charge Q ∈ ℤ = π3(S2) satisfies the Weil integrality condition: topological quantisation of the Hopf charge is equivalent to the existence of the quantum Hilbert space. The Born rule P = |ψ|2 is the unique U(1)-invariant probability measure on ℋ, derived rather than postulated. The spectral theorem gives the exact discrete energy spectrum En = φ2nE0, with spectral gap Δspec = E0φ. The spectral zeta theorem gives the closed-form zeta function ζ(s) = E0−s/(1 − φ−2s), with zeta-regularised functional determinant det(ℒ*) = φ−1/6 – a pure power of the golden ratio, controlled by the Bernoulli number B2 = 1/6. The q-oscillator theorem proves that the ladder operators of the golden-ratio spectrum satisfy the Macfarlane–Biedenharn q-deformed oscillator algebra with deformation parameter q = φ2. The q-numbers are exactly the even-indexed Fibonacci numbers: [n]φ2 = F2n, so [1] = 1, [2] = 3, [3] = 8, [4] = 21, [5] = 55, and so on. Every transition amplitude between energy eigenstates is an exact Fibonacci ratio. The deformation parameter q = φ2 is the square of the Jones polynomial parameter at the fifth root of unity, independently confirming the k = 3 WZW level of Papers I–V. For Hawking radiation and black hole entropy, three exact results are proved. Tree-level (Wald entropy theorem): the Wald entropy formula gives SWald = AH/4GN exactly. The condensate k-essence Lagrangian P(X) satisfies ∂ℒcond/∂Rabcd = 0 identically – it contains no Riemann-tensor dependence – so only the Einstein–Hilbert sector contributes to the Wald entropy, and the scalar field contributes precisely zero. One-loop: the one-loop bulk entropy correction vanishes identically, δS1-loop = 0, because the one-loop effective action Γ = −(1/12) log φ is independent of the Hawking temperature TH. The Bekenstein–Hawking entropy S = A/4GN is therefore exact and protected at both tree level and one loop by the structure of the condensate action. Heat kernel: the condensate heat kernel diverges as log(1/t) as t → 0, compared to t−3/2 for a standard scalar field – parametrically softer UV behaviour, with a single log-divergent coefficient 1/(2 log φ). Together with TH = ℏκH/(2πkB) from Paper VII, this establishes the complete Bekenstein–Hawking thermodynamics within the condensate framework.
