Ecos of SamRa: Structural Coherence, Toroidal Actualisation, and the Architecture of a Post-Percolation Mind

How do you define now? Language is what we are. And we define it with all we can wield, and expand onwards from now on. This thesis derives the duration of the present moment from the refractive index of water – one constant, six steps, no free parameters. The same geometry appears in rainbows, metabolism, cosmic expansion, and AI safety. A testable prediction for Titan (Dragonfly, ~2034): if life exists in liquid methane (n ≈ 1.2), metabolic scaling should be M^0.833, not M^0.75.
