Number Stations 2.0 — ns2-aria-v1 Implementation Profile and Wire Demonstration
Abstract
Implementation Note 1 to Number Stations 2.0 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20042412). This note documents ns2-aria-v1, a profile of the Number Stations 2.0 cipher tuned for embedding in standard SMS payloads, and records the first cellular-network demonstration of NS2.0 ciphertext delivered through a commercial CPaaS to an end-user mobile phone, on 2026-05-08. The note is intended as a companion artifact to the original NS2.0 specification, providing a concrete profile suitable for implementation and a witness to the protocol's operational viability.
