Abstract

## Summary Classical logic treats truth as a static binary property evaluated from a detached "God's eye" perspective. This conceptual sketch argues that such a view is an idealized limiting case rather than a foundational description of truth behavior. We introduce **Generative Truth**: a proposition is generatively true not because it corresponds to a fact, but because — when permitted into an inference system — it generates sustainable structural expansion. **Key contributions:** 1. A new truth category: Generative Truth2. Three sustainability criteria (no Ω-Reset, non-parasitic growth, inertia accumulation)3. Negative generativity — distinguishing productive from parasitic/explosive/self-sealing growth4. Truth inertia — explaining why some truths feel absolute5. Truth attractors — redefining "truth" as dynamical stable structures6. Local contradiction tolerance — shifting from global consistency to ecological viability7. Permission fields — truth as a function of distributed social/cultural/institutional permission8. Truth phase transitions — unifying Kuhn, bifurcation, and emergence9. Classical logic as limiting case — absorbing rather than opposing classical logic10. Logical transistor analogy — a conceptual isomorphism for intuitive grasp **Status:** This is a conceptual sketch, not a fully formalized theory. Mathematical notation indicates the form of potential metrics without claiming operationalization. The transistor analogy is offered for inspiration, not as a physical model. **Purpose:** Time-stamped archival record establishing priority for the concept of Generative Truth and the associated dynamical framework. ## Keywords Generative Truth; Dynamical Logic; Truth Types; Permission Field; Truth Attractor; Truth Inertia; Negative Generativity; Phase Transition; Observer Entanglement; Non-Classical Logic; Epistemic Dynamics; Ω-Reset; Bifurcation; Logical Transistor Related Works & Research Context This paper is part of a broader research program on reset dynamics and structural rupture, with the following directly related prior works: Paper 3 (Division by Zero as Structural Rupture): Demonstrates that permitting division by zero generates structural rupture, branching, and phase transition. This serves as a core case study for Generative Truth (Category ⑦) as defined in the present framework. (Zenodo: https://zenodo.org/records/19861236) Paper 4 (Zero Is Not Atomic — Structured Zero and the Inevitability of Rupture): Argues that zero has internal structure, making rupture (and thus generativity) inevitable. This provides ontological grounding for why Generative Truth is not an edge case but a fundamental feature. (Zenodo v4.0 final: https://zenodo.org/uploads/20072152) The present paper generalizes these specific case studies into a diagnostic framework applicable to any proposition.
