Neotro Protocol AI-Domain Observer-Layer Public-Reference Reports, Reproducibility Data, and Aggregate-Verification Package
Abstract
Neotro Protocol AI-Domain Observer-Layer Public-Reference Reports, Reproducibility Data, and Aggregate-Verification Package v1.1 Aegis 2.0 Safety-Taxonomy and LIGHT AI NPC Dialogue Records This package provides public structural verification support for a boundary-preserving observer-layer grammar. AI safety-taxonomy records and dialogue and interaction records are used as heterogeneous AI trace layers to test whether admissible AI-domain traces can retain bounded relation-coordinate organization and non-collapsed review-state outputs without conversion into a shared native metric or transfer of source-system, model, classifier, moderation, dialogue-control, game-system, or human-review authority. This package is not a calibrated-formula-disclosure, deployment-validation, moderation-performance, model-ranking, safety-classifier performance, alignment-certification, prediction, control, or automated decision-making package. Its role is to support public review of observation-unit construction, bounded AI-domain review-state organization, source-record traceability, aggregate verification outputs and public verification manifests for the AI evidence line. This record provides public-reference report materials, reproducibility data, and aggregate-verification artifacts supporting observer-layer review-state organization for two AI-domain record layers: Aegis 2.0 safety-taxonomy records and LIGHT AI NPC dialogue records. The materials are part of the Neotro Protocol public-reference report series and support machine-readable orientation, citation support, source-inventory review, reproducibility-package inspection, aggregate result verification and protocol-scope clarification within the associated public-reference manuscript scope. The record covers two public AI-domain layers: - LIGHT AI NPC State-Transition Safety Observation This report uses LIGHT Core and LIGHT WILD dialogue records to organize AI NPC, roleplay and world-grounded dialogue records into episode-level review queues and window-level transition candidates. The public-reference outputs separate stable baseline dialogue, deployment-style variability and review-worthy transition windows while preserving the boundary between observer-layer organization and source-system decision authority. Full dialogue text is not redistributed in the public-reference data package. - Aegis 2.0 Generative AI Safety Taxonomy Observer Mapping This report uses Aegis 2.0 prompt-response safety-taxonomy records to organize safety-state transitions, taxonomy pressure and refusal-stabilization reference patterns. The public-reference outputs include observer-band summaries, transition matrices, category-density summaries and a separated refusal-stabilization reference layer. Full prompt-response text is not redistributed in the public-reference data package. Record contents: - Public full report materials- Aggregate public-reference reproducibility data packages- Public source-record inventories- Public feature-group summaries- Observer-state aggregate summaries- Scope-boundary notes- Public verification manifests- Public reference license notice Included files: - Neotro_Aegis_2_0_Safety_Taxonomy_Observer_Mapping_Full_Report_v1_1.pdf- Neotro_LIGHT_AI_NPC_State_Transition_Observation_Full_Report_v1_4.pdf- Neotro_Protocol_Aegis2_Public_Data_v1_1.zip- Neotro_Protocol_LIGHT_Public_Data_v1_1.zip- LICENSE.md Protocol position: Neotro Protocol is an observer-layer protocol that organizes transition-sensitive regions from existing records into human-review reference states. It does not replace the original AI system, classifier, dialogue system, game system, policy process or authorized review process. Source-system authority and operator-side decision responsibility remain preserved. Scope boundary: The materials in this record are public-reference observer-layer outputs. They support verification of the reported aggregate summaries within the associated public-reference manuscript scope. Use modes beyond public-reference reproducibility and aggregate verification, including deployment-specific or partner-authorized workflow linkage, are separate authorized scopes and are not evaluated in this record. Series position: LIGHT and Aegis 2.0 are presented as the AI-domain public-reference reproducibility and aggregate-verification layer of the Neotro Protocol report series. Battery/Telco and Quantum Compute public-reference materials are provided through separate records. Research inquiries and correspondence: neotroprotocol@gmail.com
