Abstract

Precision measurement program for prediction P2 of H_φ theory: convergence of spontaneous oscillation frequencies of organized neural networks toward levels fₙ = φⁿ · f₀, where φ = (1+√5)/2 is the golden ratio. Seven independent datasets, two species (Homo sapiens, Mus musculus), three preparation types (human cerebral organoids, murine brain organoids, somatosensory cortical slices ex vivo). Strictly identical pipeline across all preparations: Welch PSD (10s, 50% overlap) followed by iterative gaussian peak extraction with specparam v2.0.0rc6 (Donoghue et al. 2020) above the 1/f^β aperiodic background. Main results: 24 LFP preparations (4 human organoids + 14 murine organoids + 6 cortical slices), 3275 central frequencies analyzed. Best absolute error 0.0% at φ⁶ (cortical slices, 17.944 Hz observed vs theoretical) and 0.0% at φ⁸ (murine organoids and Johnson dataset). Inter-platform reproducibility of φ⁷: 78 mHz between shell MEA 3D and Maxwell MaxOne CMOS (p=0.922, ns) — most reproducible level of the study. Longitudinal stability over 17 days (HO3): CV=0.3%, ±0.14 Hz across 4 independent recordings. Combined χ² test on N=3275: χ² = 2475.61, p
