Abstract

Organizations collect large volumes of operational data across financial, procurement, and logistics systems. However, decision-makers often face difficulty interpreting dispersed datasets stored across enterprise software platforms. This research examines the design of business intelligence dashboards that consolidate operational data and present performance indicators in structured reporting environments. The proposed system integrates enterprise databases with visualization platforms to present operational metrics related to procurement, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and order fulfillment. The framework includes database queries, automated reporting procedures, and interactive dashboards that present data trends through charts and summary indicators. Case evaluation demonstrates improved reporting efficiency and faster access to operational information for managers and analysts. The study shows that structured dashboard systems support consistent monitoring of enterprise operations and improve data accessibility across organizational departments.
