Abstract

MouseRS-CMD is a novel murine immune cell deconvolution tool predicting polymorphonuclear neutrophil, monocyte, B-lymphocyte, natural killer, and CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell fractions using blood-derived DNA methylation signatures assayed with the Illumina MouseMethylation BeadChip array.
