Abstract

Customer relationship management systems produce large volumes of transactional and behavioral data related to sales operations and customer engagement. Effective analysis of these datasets assists organizations in monitoring sales performance and identifying operational patterns within customer networks. This research examines a data analytics framework designed for CRM-based sales monitoring and reporting. The study introduces a reporting architecture that combines spreadsheet analytics, database queries, and dashboard visualization tools to analyze customer activity, revenue patterns, and sales team performance. The system integrates structured data from CRM platforms and ERP systems to generate automated dashboards that display operational indicators such as sales volume, client acquisition trends, and product demand distribution. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that dashboard-based reporting provides improved visibility into sales performance and customer engagement trends. The framework supports managers in identifying operational opportunities and monitoring business growth indicators through structured data analysis.
