Abstract

Genesis ODE v0.4.2 Substrate-Indexed Persistence Dynamics with Metallurgical Fatigue, Elemental Regime Mapping, and Recursive Stability Diagnostics This release introduces Genesis ODE v0.4.2, the most advanced and structurally disciplined iteration of the Genesis framework to date. The update expands the original nonlinear coherence-regulation simulator into a fully substrate-indexed persistence-dynamics architecture capable of modeling perturbation, hysteresis accumulation, impedance growth, recursive instability, threshold collapse, and recovery behavior across heterogeneous physical and informational systems. Version 0.4.2 integrates the complete substrate-indexing transition initiated in earlier releases and operationalizes multiple new comparative persistence layers, including: metallurgical fatigue dynamics, elemental persistence regimes, semiconductor switching behavior, recursive semantic stability analysis, adversarial closure diagnostics, and cross-substrate perturbation mapping. The framework now formally distinguishes between generalized dynamical structure and substrate-specific interpretation through explicit indexed persistence variables: C→CXC \rightarrow C_XC→CX where X denotes the operational substrate class under investigation. This refinement prevents semantic overloading while preserving homologous nonlinear dynamics across independently measurable systems. Core Framework The Genesis architecture models bounded persistence under competing forces: restoration toward operational equilibrium, stress and perturbation accumulation, hysteresis memory, impedance growth, entropy leakage, alignment effects, restorative buffering, and optional coupling interactions. The generalized indexed form is: dCXdt=α(CX∗−CX)+βGX−γSeff,X(t)+ηAX(t)+κ∑wij(Cj−Ci)−δX\frac{dC_X}{dt} = \alpha(C_X^* - C_X) + \beta G_X - \gamma S_{\mathrm{eff},X}(t) + \eta A_X(t) + \kappa \sum w_{ij}(C_j - C_i) - \delta_XdtdCX=α(CX∗−CX)+βGX−γSeff,X(t)+ηAX(t)+κ∑wij(Cj−Ci)−δX with substrate-specific impedance modeled through nonlinear density-response relationships: ρX=CX∗(1−e−λSeff,X)\rho_X = C_X^*(1 - e^{-\lambda S_{\mathrm{eff},X}})ρX=CX∗(1−e−λSeff,X) ΩX=11−(ρX/CX∗)2\Omega_X = \frac{1}{ \sqrt{ 1-(\rho_X/C_X^*)^2 }}ΩX=1−(ρX/CX∗)21 Dk,X=ΩX−1D_{k,X} = \Omega_X - 1Dk,X=ΩX−1 These dynamics produce asymptotic impedance growth near saturation thresholds, allowing the framework to simulate overload, fatigue, decoherence, recursion collapse, and persistence failure across diverse substrates. Major Additions in v0.4.2 1. Full Substrate-Indexed Architecture The framework now enforces explicit substrate separation across all persistence domains: CP — psychological persistence CA — recursive AI stability CO — organizational persistence CS — semantic coherence CN — network synchronization CMet — metallurgical structural integrity CSemi — semiconductor persistence CElem — elemental persistence classes This transforms Genesis from a generalized symbolic framework into a disciplined multilayer systems-dynamics architecture. 2. Metallurgical Fatigue Extension v0.4.2 incorporates the complete metallurgical substrate extension derived from observed cyclic fatigue behavior in the ADATS radar antenna assembly: fully reversing stress cycles, dislocation accumulation, crack-tip impedance amplification, hysteretic defect propagation, nonlinear drag accumulation, and decoherence/fracture transition behavior. The metallurgical substrate provides one of the strongest experimentally grounded persistence mappings currently integrated into the Genesis framework. 3. Elemental Persistence Regime Mapping The release now includes explicit comparative persistence mapping across elemental classes: noble gases, transition metals, alkali metals, halogens, semiconductors and metalloids. These classes are analyzed according to: perturbation sensitivity, recovery dynamics, environmental coupling, threshold behavior, and impedance accumulation under repeated stress. The framework is presented strictly as a comparative systems-dynamics overlay and does not replace established chemistry or condensed-matter physics. 4. Recursive Stability and Closure Diagnostics v0.4.2 introduces expanded recursive-systems diagnostics designed to distinguish: healthy recursive coherence, adaptive stabilization, contradiction inflation, semantic overload, adversarial closure dynamics, and self-sealing recursive attractors. These additions emerged from stress-testing the framework against recursive semantic architectures and closed-loop classifier behaviors. 5. Expanded Simulation and Validation Infrastructure The executable reference implementation now includes: modular substrate indexing, impedance-density bridge mechanics, validation routines, bounded-state enforcement, shared-field coupling support, extensible simulation hooks, and trajectory validation metrics. The architecture remains intentionally transparent, inspectable, and reproducible. Scientific Positioning Genesis ODE v0.4.2 is presented as: an exploratory nonlinear persistence simulator, a comparative systems-dynamics framework, a substrate-indexed perturbation/recovery architecture, and a generalized executable persistence formalism. The framework is not presented as: a replacement for established physics, a completed cosmological theory, a universal ontology, or a substitute for domain-specific scientific models. Its primary value currently lies in: executable structure, explicit parameterization, comparative persistence analysis, recursive stress testing, cross-domain dynamical mapping, and observable trajectory generation. Future Development Directions Planned future work includes: higher-order numerical solvers (RK4 / adaptive integration), Monte Carlo perturbation sweeps, empirical calibration studies, substrate-specific parameter fitting, multilayer coupling simulations, resilience benchmarking, and adversarial recursive stability analysis.
