Bowers_Mercury_Alfven_Wing_Conductance_Simulation_Output_XZ_Slices

This zip file contains outputs from the BATSRUS model of Mercury's magnetosphere under sub-Alfvénic conditions. Each file contains the simulation output in the XZ plane in Mercury Solar Orbital coordinates. The simulation outputs are uploaded as ASCII .dat files. These results are part of a manuscript titled: Mercury’s Alfvén Wing Current System under Sub-Alfvénic Solar Wind Conditions: Insights from Global MHD Simulations" which has been submitted to Geophysical Research Letters.
