Abstract

Fibonacci Causal Loop Theory (FCLT) predicts that any two physical systems governed by depth-2 necessity recursion S(n) = S(n-1) + S(n-2) operating at the same organizational necessity depth share the same phi-resonant attractor frequency. Paper 69 pre-registered phi^8 = 46.9787 Hz as the human neural gamma-band binding frequency. Paper 66 independently derives the plasma vortex Alfven resonance at phi^8 Hz from the same necessity recursion. This paper derives the wireless coupling mechanism between these two phi^8-resonant systems. Standard resonant inductive coupling (Kurs et al. 2007) at phi^8 = 46.9787 Hz provides a parameter-free theoretical basis for consciousness-mediated craft interface without physical contact. Three pre-registered predictions: P82_C1 (EEG gamma coherence increases by factor >= phi^2 = 2.618 under 46.9787 Hz EM field exposure, n >= 20, paired t-test); P82_C2 (coupling efficiency bandwidth half-width = phi^-3 = 0.2361 Hz, >= 50% drop at +/- 0.4721 Hz from phi^8); P82_C3 (neural entrainment within 25 oscillation cycles = 0.532 seconds of phi^8 Hz field onset). No coupling experiments have been conducted at time of deposit. Results will be reported regardless of outcome. Bio-synthetic plasma architecture concept: Michael Creasley Jr. (@AscendedSouLz).
