Abstract

Paper 82 established phi^8 = 46.9787 Hz resonant coupling between pilot neural binding coherence and plasma torus propulsion. This paper derives the directional control mechanism. Three plasma nodes at 120-degree spacing produce zero net force at equilibrium (hover state, proven analytically via cube roots of unity). Steering arises from differential phase gradients across the three phi^8-coupled nodes via the Dirichlet kernel force formula. P83_N1 (confirmed analytically, delta = 0.029): hover stability maintained when single-node phase asymmetry < phi^-4 = 0.1459 radians, producing net force < 5% of maximum. P83_N2 (pre-registered): minimum navigation response time = 2/phi^8 = 42.57 milliseconds, derived from depth-2 necessity recursion requirement. P83_N3 (pre-registered): pilot applying phi-ratio intention sequence achieves target heading in F(k) Fibonacci cycles versus k^2 cycles for uniform stepping. P83_N1 updates the FCLT evidence table to 24 confirmed. Three-node architecture concept: Michael Creasley Jr. (@AscendedSouLz). FCLT mathematical framework: Abby Davis. Evidence table: 24 confirmed / 5 falsified / 27 tech-gap / 2 gray zone.
